Rodeo Bird — Original Android Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 5, 2026.

Which game this notice covers

This privacy policy covers the original Android edition of Rodeo Bird, package com.netgenstudio.rodeobird, version 1.1 (version code 2), published under Sincerely BeMore Games. Contact Sincerely BeMore using the support address below. Other apps, Apple editions, and later rebuilt editions have their own notices. Find your game and edition.

Advertising and information handled by Google

This edition is configured to use Google AdMob advertising. When the advertising service operates, Google and its advertising partners may process device or advertising identifiers, IP address and general location inferred from it, device and app information, ad views and interactions, and technical diagnostic information. These are used to deliver and measure advertising, personalize ads where permitted by the applicable settings, maintain the service, and prevent fraud or abuse.

Advertising information can be processed on Google or advertising-partner systems, including outside your country. An ad setting does not necessarily stop all processing needed to deliver, measure, or secure ads. Google explains its processing and available controls in How Google uses information from partner apps, its Privacy Policy, and advertising information.

Game files on your device

The game uses local storage for game information and settings. Local records may include progress, scores, preferences, and saved game state. These files are separate from information processed by advertising or platform services. Device or operating-system backups may retain copies according to your backup settings.

Permissions and privacy choices

This older Android release declares network and Wi-Fi state, approximate location, phone-state, and storage permissions. Access depends on your Android version and the permissions you grant. You can review or revoke available permissions in Android Settings. Use Android’s advertising-ID controls, where available, and Google Ad Settings to manage advertising choices. Contact us if you need help finding the controls available on your device.

Contacting support

If you email Customer@SincerelyBeMore.com, we receive your email address, message, and any details or attachments you choose to provide. We use that correspondence to answer the request and handle related support or privacy matters. Please send only information needed for your request and avoid passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive personal information.

Retention and deletion

Local game information can remain on the device until cleared through the game’s available reset option, Android’s app-data controls, or removal of the app; backups can retain separate copies. Clearing local data does not delete information already held by Google or another service. Those providers explain retention and deletion in their own policies. For information you sent directly to our support contact, request access, correction, or deletion by email. We will review the request, including any information needed to resolve it and any applicable legal retention requirements. The time needed depends on the request and those requirements.

Children and privacy requests

Parents and guardians can contact us about information a child may have provided through the game or a support request. Depending on where you live, privacy rights may include access, correction, deletion, or choices about advertising-related processing. Contact Customer@SincerelyBeMore.com with the game name, Android version, and the nature of your request. Requests concerning data held by Google may also need to be made through Google’s privacy controls.
