Find the right support for your edition

Email Customer@SincerelyBeMore.com with the game name shown on your device, its version, your device model and what happened. If possible, include the app’s store link or package name.

Older games and revamped editions may have different data practices, features and purchase systems. Policies for a new edition do not automatically describe an older installed copy. Contact us for the information that matches your version.

Privacy and deletion questions

If you ask a privacy question or request deletion of support correspondence, include only the information needed to locate the request. We receive the email address and details you choose to send, and use them to respond and investigate. Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment-card details or unnecessary personal information about a child.

For records controlled by Apple, Google or another service provider, we can help identify the appropriate provider. Use your app store’s own purchase and refund controls for store transactions.
