YOUR GAME PROGRESS
The game stores progress, coins, unlocked explorers, supplies, best times and sound preferences on your device. The game does not require a player account and does not operate an online leaderboard or cloud-save service. The game code does not request your contacts, precise location, microphone, camera or photo library.

ADVERTISING AND CONSENT
The mobile game includes Google's AdMob / Google Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform, plus Unity Ads mediation. These services can process device and advertising identifiers, IP address and approximate location, app and ad interactions, and performance or diagnostic information to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and maintain their services. Advertising providers may also process their own user identifiers and purchase-related signals, and information you submit when reporting an ad. Contextual or non-personalized ads can still involve this processing. We request contextual ads; this is not a promise that advertising services collect no data.

The game requests consent information before initializing advertising. Where an ad privacy form is required, you can revisit it from Settings > Ad privacy choices. Availability of ads and privacy controls can depend on your region, device settings, network connection and consent status. An optional rewarded video grants in-game coins only after the advertising service reports that the reward was earned. You can play without choosing a rewarded video. Device advertising controls are also available in iOS or Android settings.

These providers have their own retention practices and privacy-request procedures. Information may be processed in countries other than your own. The game does not control the providers' independent handling of data; use their privacy information for details and available rights.

SUPPORT MESSAGES
If you choose Contact support, your email app opens a draft addressed to our support inbox. The draft includes the game version, device model and operating system to help diagnose the issue. It is sent only when you choose to send it. We use information you send to respond and investigate the issue, and keep it only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes and applicable obligations. Do not include passwords, payment details or identity documents in a game-support email.

YOUR CHOICES AND REQUESTS
You can change sound preferences and applicable ad privacy choices in Settings. Local progress is normally removed when the app's local data is cleared or the app is deleted; operating-system backup or restore features may preserve a copy. The game has no player account to delete. Email CustomerService@sincerelybemore.com to request access, correction or deletion of support information you provided, or to ask about other privacy rights available where you live. We may need information to locate the request and confirm it is yours. Contact the advertising provider as well for data it controls.

AUDIENCE
This version is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older. It is not designed specifically for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a support message, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.
