Destiny of Rage — Mobile Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Android and Apple editions of Destiny of Rage (com.sincerelybemore.destinyofrage). The browser game and clothing store are separate services.

Playing the game. The game, artwork, music and all ten sectors are bundled in the app. The first two sectors are free. The remaining campaign requires an optional one-time store purchase. We do not operate player accounts, advertising, gameplay analytics, or a publisher-operated gameplay server. The app requests no device location permission.

Purchases and restoration. Google Play or Apple handles checkout, payment details, purchase history and refunds under its own terms and privacy policy. The game never receives your card number. The native app checks signed store purchase information to determine campaign access. Android stores the signed receipt privately on your device; Apple uses StoreKit’s verified entitlements. Purchase information is not uploaded to Sincerely Bemore servers or combined with advertising identifiers. Connecting to your store is necessary to buy, restore and refresh ownership. Purchases are separate between Apple and Google and cannot be transferred between them. Restore Purchase checks the current store account.

Local progress. Sector completion, checkpoints, settings, scores and ghost runs are saved on your device. We do not receive or synchronize these records. Removing local app data removes progress; a verified campaign purchase can be restored from the same store account. Android backup/device transfer is disabled. Apple device backup behavior depends on your operating system settings.

Optional player reports. You may write a report and optionally include stage, controls, game settings and WebView/browser version. Nothing is sent automatically. Android lets you choose a file destination; Apple opens the system export/share sheet. Review the report and select a recipient yourself. Exported files remain where you save them. Leave out passwords and payment information. If you contact us for support, we receive the information you choose to send.

Android billing diagnostics. The Google Play Billing library includes Google’s diagnostic transport components. They may send technical billing events and device metadata, such as device model, operating-system/build version, locale, network type and billing request outcomes, to Google over an encrypted connection. This supports billing operation and technical performance analysis. Billing connects when the Android app starts to refresh ownership, so these diagnostics are not optional within the app. Google handles these records under its own privacy and retention practices; Sincerely Bemore does not receive them or provide a way to delete Google-held billing diagnostics. No advertising identifier is requested. This Google billing library is not included in the Apple app.

Device and store services. Android System WebView or Apple WebKit renders the bundled game. Google Play, Apple and the operating system may process account, security, purchase and diagnostic information under their own policies and your settings. The game includes no advertising or gameplay analytics SDK. The Android billing diagnostics described above are separate from gameplay records.
