Privacy policy
This policy describes the current revamped editions: Android version 2.0.1 (com.sincerelybemore.bubbleshootrescue) and iPhone/iPad version 2.2.0. These editions are being prepared for release. Earlier Apple editions have not been assessed under this description; please contact support about an earlier version.
Information in the game
Sincerely Bubble Shoot Rescue does not ask players for personal information. These editions have no chat, advertising, active analytics or tracking service, or developer-operated online service. We do not collect, sell or share personal information through the game.
Progress, scores and settings are saved locally on the device. The Android build does not request Internet access.
The iPhone/iPad edition may process a device identifier only on the device to support compatibility with older local saves. Controller status and settings can also be stored locally. This identifier and these files are not uploaded to us or a third party by the game.
Children’s privacy
The game is intended for children ages 6 and older and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the game. A parent or guardian can contact us about privacy or request deletion of support correspondence.
When you contact support
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use that information to respond and resolve your request, and retain it only as needed for support and applicable legal obligations. Please do not send passwords, payment details, sensitive information, or unnecessary personal information about a child.

Local saves and deletion
You can remove local game data through your device’s app-storage settings, where available, or by uninstalling the game. This can erase progress and settings. The game does not provide cloud saves or a player account to delete.
App stores and device services
Apple, Google Play and your device provider may process information separately when you download the game or use their services. Their privacy policies govern those services. We do not receive your store password or payment information.

- Aim and match bubbles of the same color. Use swap to change your next bubble.
- Use Pause when you need a break. Puzzle levels have a limited number of shots.
